This therapy stimulates the central nervous system, thus affecting every system in the body, including emotional release and support. The oils will continue to work for a week or more, but further sessions may be needed for issues that are more deeply seated. The essential oils used (Young Living) are also specific to the immune system. They are dropped onto the skin along the spine and moved along gently over the back. At the end, the oils are allowed to sit under a warm towel so they may go deeper into the body. It's a very aromatic and relaxing experience! Spring and Fall are great times to get this done routinely for your immune system while physical conditions like spinal misalignment would benefit from more frequent sessions until the issue has improved or resolved.
